About Ustwar

Every company deserves IT that answers. Size is not the qualifier.

Ahmad Fardeen · Founder and CEO

Most growing companies do not need a bigger department. They need someone who picks up, who already knows the network, and who fixes the thing underneath the ticket.

That is the practice. We take the day-to-day — passwords, patches, the firewall, the backups — and we stay close enough to plan the next office and the next hire before they become emergencies.

The firms people outgrow all fail the same way. Slow replies. Dropped tickets. No written process. A technician who has never seen the site. We started from the opposite assumption: a forty-person company should get the same seriousness as a four-hundred-person one.

You get a named team, a map of your environment, and an agreement that says what “taken care of” means. If we are the wrong fit, we will say that in the first conversation.

How the work is judged

Answer

A ticket is not a relationship. Urgent things get a person. Everything else gets a time you can plan around.

Fix the cause

Resetting a password is not the work if the same ten people are locked out every Friday. We go one layer down.

Write it down

Networks, accounts, and vendors live in documentation your next hire — or your next provider — can use.

No surprise bills for ordinary care

Day-to-day support belongs in the agreement. Projects are scoped before they start, not discovered on an invoice.

If the technology is in the way, that is the brief.

Bring the outage, the move, the questionnaire, or the feeling that nobody owns it. We will tell you what the first month looks like.
